A court has granted self-styled content creator Ebo Noah bail in the sum of GH¢100,000 with two sureties, one of whom must provide verifiable security in the form of a landed property or a vehicle. The case has been adjourned to March 18, 2026, for further hearing.
The ruling was welcomed by the accused’s legal team, who described the decision as a fair exercise of judicial discretion.
“Thankfully, the court has exercised its discretion because discretion must always be fair, reasonable and just. So, it exercised it well pursuant to our laws and admitted our accused to bail with any property, with a landed property or a vehicle, in the amount of GHS100,000, and that is all,” said Emmanuel Sarfo, lawyer for Ebo Noah.
The court emphasised that strict compliance with the bail conditions is required, warning that failure to meet them could result in the revocation of bail. The adjournment allows both the prosecution and defence time to prepare for the next stage of proceedings.
The case has drawn significant public attention following Ebo Noah’s earlier claims that he had received divine warnings of a world-ending flood scheduled for December 25, 2025, and that he had constructed an “ark” at his premises to save humanity, claims that later proved to be unfounded.
