The Association of Cuban-Trained Ghanaian Professionals (ESBECAN) has congratulated Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings on her appointment as Minister-designate for Environment, Science and Technology and Deputy Speaker of the Pan-African Parliament.
In a statement, the association expressed confidence in her leadership, experience and commitment to public service, saying these qualities would help her effectively discharge her responsibilities.
ESBECAN said it was proud to support Agyeman-Rawlings as she prepares for parliamentary vetting and announced plans to send a delegation to the process as a demonstration of its confidence in her capabilities.
The association also pledged to make its professional expertise and knowledge available to support initiatives aimed at advancing Ghana’s development and the wider African continent.
