The ceremony took place on Saturday, November 29, under the stool name Nana Efua Dansoa Nkuma I, and was presided over by the Paramount Chief of Ekumfi, Odeefuo Akyin VIII, and the Chief of Ekumfi Nanaben, Nana Okofo Gyesi V.
The enstoolment recognises her longstanding commitment to national development, women’s empowerment, and philanthropy. Nana Efua Dansoa Nkuma I expressed gratitude for the honour, pledging to focus on advancing development priorities in Ekumfi Nanaben while continuing her advocacy work across Ghana. “I am deeply humbled by this honour. My commitment to supporting deprived communities and championing development across Ghana remains unchanged,” she said.
