The Ministry of Health Ghana has commenced the validation of qualified health professionals as part of its ongoing recruitment and posting exercise.
In a statement issued by spokesperson Tony Goodman, the Ministry urged prospective applicants to verify their eligibility through its official recruitment portal using their PIN or index number. The process is aimed at confirming applicants’ standing with their respective professional councils before progressing to the next stage.
The validation exercise is scheduled to run in phases between April 16 and May 15, 2026, covering various categories including pharmacists, allied health professionals, and nurses and midwives, with priority given to the 2021 batch.
The posting process will also be carried out regionally within the same period, beginning with the Upper East and Upper West Regions and ending with Eastern and Greater Accra Regions.
The Ministry has advised applicants to strictly follow the timelines to avoid delays and encouraged those requiring assistance to seek support promptly to ensure a smooth process.
