Doctors at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital have embarked on an indefinite industrial action, withdrawing their services effective May 2, according to a statement from the Korle-Bu Doctors Association (KODA).
The association said the decision was driven by serious concerns about patient safety, professional standards, and the overall effectiveness of the institution. It emphasized that the move was not taken lightly but deemed necessary under the current conditions.

KODA is urging hospital management to respond swiftly and address the issues raised, expressing hope that authorities will act with urgency to resolve the situation and restore normal healthcare services.
