The National Service Authority (NSA) has assured service personnel that their September 2025 allowances will be paid soon, indicating that the required administrative processes are nearing completion.

In a public notice issued on Thursday and signed by the Deputy Director-General in charge of Finance and Administration, Mr Donkor Fuseini, the Authority acknowledged the concerns and inquiries it had received from personnel regarding the delay.

“We appreciate your patience and understanding as the processes are actively ongoing. The Directorate of Finance and Administration has confirmed that all necessary documentation and submissions have been completed and are currently with the Office of the Accountant-General for final approval and release of funds,” the statement said.

The NSA said payment would be made immediately after approval, and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring timely disbursement of allowances going forward.

“We value your service to the nation and encourage all personnel to remain calm as we work closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve this matter promptly,” it added.

The clarification follows growing concern among national service personnel, many of whom took to social media to question the delay in receiving their September stipends.
