The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has cautioned its members to strictly adhere to guidelines governing its upcoming internal elections, warning that disciplinary action will be taken against those who breach the rules.
The party recently finalised regulations aimed at ensuring order, transparency, and fairness across all levels of its internal electoral processes. Leadership emphasised that compliance with established timelines and procedures is essential to maintaining discipline, particularly as the party prepares for key internal contests.
Concerns have also been raised about premature campaigning and activities that could undermine the credibility of the process if left unchecked. Deputy General Secretary Mustapha Gbande urged aspirants to align their campaigns with the party’s approved calendar, noting that any violations would attract appropriate sanctions.
