Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has announced her reconciliation with her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, following a decade of public disputes and personal challenges. The couple, who share a child, had been estranged for ten years.

Dikeh shared the development on her official Instagram page on Saturday, attributing the restored relationship to divine intervention. She described the reconciliation as a transformation of what was once “ugly, impossible, and beyond repair” into a relationship marked by peace and respect.

“What human effort could not fix, God healed by salvation, humility, and the sincere prayers of a child,” she wrote. She added that the reconciliation was achieved “not by might, not by wisdom, not by strength but by the Spirit of the Lord,” noting that God “softens hearts, silences the enemy, and rewrites stories that looked finished.”

The actress expressed gratitude to Churchill for embracing peace and said obedience to God often leads to restoration, even after long and painful struggles. She also thanked her spiritual mentor for guidance that she said helped her navigate difficult times.

Addressing her followers, Dikeh encouraged those facing similar challenges: “God has not abandoned you. Your story is not over. What He has started, He will surely perfect. Keep praying. Keep choosing love. Keep trusting God even when it hurts.”
