As the excitement surrounding the 2026 FIFA World Cup continues to build, Ghanaian football fans in the United States are preparing to experience the tournament.

Come June 2026, the spirit of Ghana would shift to the World Cup as the Black Stars are set to play in two major USA cities Boston and Philadelphia.

During the tournament, there would be vibrant Black Stars Fan Parks, promising football, culture, music, and community all in one electrifying celebration.

The first stop will be Foxborough, Massachusetts, on June 22, 2026, where fans will gather at the Foxboro Recreation Grounds, 80 South Street, Foxborough.

Known for its passionate sports culture, the Boston area would transform into a sea of red, gold, green, and black as Ghanaian supporters unite to cheer on the Black Stars during the world’s biggest football showpiece.

Three days later, the excitement would move south to Philadelphia, with the second major fan park scheduled for June 25, 2026, at the iconic Fairmount Park Reservoir.

Set against one of the city’s most scenic backdrops, the Philadelphia event is expected to draw large crowds from across the East Coast, bringing together Ghanaians and friends of Ghana from different communities.

But these fan parks will offer far more than match screenings.

From the moment fans step onto the grounds, they will be immersed in a full cultural experience.

A variety of vendors will line the parks, showcasing official Ghana national team merchandise, World Cup memorabilia, interactive football booths, and themed stalls celebrating Ghana’s rich history in global football.

Food lovers will also be well catered for. Ghanaian cuisine stands would serve beloved favorites, from jollof rice and waakye to kelewele, grilled meats, and refreshing local drinks—turning the fan parks into a tasting tour of home for many in the diaspora.

Adding to the atmosphere will be a packed lineup of side attractions, including live Ghanaian music performances, cultural displays, and high-energy traditional dance jams.
