The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that shortlisted candidates for its ongoing recruitment exercise will be published on July 20, 2026, with successful applicants expected to assume duty on August 31, 2026.

In a statement signed by Deputy Director-General (Management Services), Prof. Smile Dzisi, GES said the review of applications is currently underway and is expected to be completed by June 30. The assessment process aims to ensure that all applicants meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the recruitment advertisement.

Following the release of the shortlist, successful candidates will undergo onboarding activities at the regional and district levels from July 20 to August 31. GES stated that all recruited personnel are expected to officially begin work on August 31.

The Service expressed appreciation to applicants for their patience and interest in contributing to Ghana’s education sector and national development.
